RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns
Unworn and Unwashed Items:
You are allowed to return unworn and unwashed items within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase for a complete refund or exchange.

Package Your Return: Ensure the item(s) are carefully packaged with the original tags and packaging. Don’t forget to write the RA# on the package.

Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your original order confirmation or receipt with the return.
Refunds
After we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 2-7 business days for it to be processed.
